SKIING ON GRAPE JUICE ONLY?? (MASTER FAST)
It takes a tremendous amount of energy to ski down 10,000 ft mountains in below freezing temperatures. Most people feel they need to eat a huge high-carb breakfast and drink lots of coffee to get through the morning…and then pound down a big lunch.
 
I go to Mammoth Mountain just after a huge snowstorm to prove that you don’t need all that food. I’m going to ski just on pasteurized grape juice and fresh lemons. Will I have enough energy to stay warm and get down the mountain?
